Snowdon's summit, at 1085m is the highest in England and Wales and this year it has topped the list of most popular areas for walkers, hikers and runners in Britain. Data gathered by Ordnance Survey (OS) shows paths to the Snowdon summit accounted for 3779 of the total 400K paths downloaded during the year. The PYG and Pen-y-Pass paths were very popular coming 7th and 12th in the list.
'Pant Du' is on the stunning slopes of the Nantlle Valley, a part of North Wales better known for its slate than its grapes. Planted on the south facing slopes of the Nantlle valley, at the foothills of Snowdon. This has clearly been a labour of love. A family run business with a shop and café on site. Spectacular views of the Snowdonia mountain range can be seen to the North East, and panoramic views of the sea to the West, an idyllic location to spend an afternoon, sampling the award winning wines, cider and apple juice, whilst enjoying the natural beauty of Snowdonia.
